Walter
Castillo

Walter Castillo is
from New Orleans and graduated
from Louisiana State University (LSU) in
2006 with a B.S. in Electrical
Engineering.
|
|
After graduating from LSU, Walter went
to work for PPG AeroSpace in Huntsville,
Alabama as a process engineer. He
worked there under a year and moved to
Houston to work for CenterPoint Energy
where he's been since 2007. Walter is
currently a senior engineer focusing in
Distribution Protection Relaying /
SCADA / Automation. |

Back in LSU, Walter
was a student member of SHPE. He has
been with the SHPE Professional Chapter
for less than a year.
|
|
Walter has been a
past member of IEEE (Institute of
Electrical and Electronics Engineer).
He is currently a License Professional
Engineer (P.E.) with the Texas Board of
Professional Engineers (TBPE).
