Guillermo is originally from
Michoacan,
Mexico and has been living in
Houston for 16 years.
Guillermo is the first in his family to graduate
from high school, college, and
post
graduate
school.
Guillermo Suarez received a
BS in Electronics Engineering and Technology
from Texas Southern University in 2005 and went
on to work for GE-Aero as a Global Field
Controls Engineer from 2005-2007. Guillermo then
joined Rolls-Royce Energy and is currently
working as an International Project Manager
managing international service contracts.
Guillermo recently received a post graduate
degree in Business Administration with a
concentration in International Business from the
University of St. Thomas-Houston in May of 2010.
Guillermo has been a Houston Chapter member of
SHPE for almost a year and is holding a
coordinator position with local chapter for the
firs time. Guillermo also sits on the board of
the local Houston Chapter of the National
Society of Hispanic MBA's as the Membership
Director for a second term.
