Angel
completed
his
Electrical
Engineering
degree
from the
University
of
Missouri-Rolla
(UMR).
He has
worked
for
General
Motors
in the
past,
and for
the last
5 years
with
Chevron
in New
Orleans,
LA and
Houston,
TX.
He
currently
works in
Chevron’s
Deepwater
Major
Capital
Projects
group as
an
Instrumentation
and
Controls
Engineer.
Angel
has been
a member
of the
SHPE
familia
for the
past
nine
years
and has
held the
President
and
Secretary
positions
with the
UMR
chapter,
Region
VI VP,
and
Chevron
SHPE
Team
Leader
and IPC
Representative.
During
his time
in
school,
Angel
was
awarded
the SHPE
Region
VI “Most
Improved
GPA
Award”,
and
recently
was
presented
with the
HENAAC
“Most
Promising
Engineer
Award”.
